I plug in the repeater and nothing happens. What should I check?

The REPEATERBE3600 is powered directly by the wall socket — there is no on/off switch and no external power adapter. Check the following:

Try a different wall socket to rule out a faulty outlet.
Make sure the plug pins are fully inserted and making firm contact.
Check that the socket is working by plugging in another device.
Verify that the housing and plug pins are not visibly damaged. If they are, do not use the product and contact STRONG support.
