Where do I find the serial number and firmware version to contact support?

The serial number is on the product label on the side of the repeater, alongside the default Wi-Fi names and password. The firmware version is shown in the Web UI under Advanced Settings > System > Firmware, and also in System Status > System. Have both ready when contacting STRONG support at www.strong-eu.com.

Tips: Two commercial references (REPEATERBE3600 and REPEATERBE3600X) share identical hardware and firmware. Both are covered by the same warranty and support process.
