Mi tarjeta SIM está protegida con un código PIN. ¿Cómo la desbloqueo?
Tras iniciar sesión en la interfaz web, el mensaje «Seguridad de la tarjeta SIM» indica que el PIN está bloqueado. Haz clic en «Desbloquear», introduce el código PIN de tu tarjeta SIM y vuelve a hacer clic en «Desbloquear». Se muestra el número de intentos restantes.
Advertencia: Tras tres intentos fallidos, la tarjeta SIM se bloquea y necesitarás el código PUK que te facilitará tu operador de telefonía móvil.
