A device cannot connect to the 5 GHz Wi-Fi.

Some devices do not support all 5 GHz channels, especially DFS channels. Go to Network > WiFi Settings > 5 GHz, click Edit, select a channel between 36 and 48, and click Save. Check also that the Security Type is supported by your device (WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE is recommended).
