My IPTV decoder does not work. How do I fix it?

IPTV uses multicast technology which requires IGMP to be enabled. Go to More settings → Network → IGMP Settings and enable both:

IGMP Snooping Enable: optimises multicast traffic distribution on the LAN.
IGMP Proxy Enable: relays multicast group membership between LAN and WAN.

Click Save & Apply.

Note: For best results, connect the IPTV decoder to a LAN port of the HOPI Home Docking via Ethernet cable rather than Wi-Fi.
