What is '5GHz preferred' and should I enable it?

When enabled (the default), the HOPI Home Docking broadcasts one unified network name for both bands and automatically directs each device to the best band. This is the recommended setting for most users. When disabled, the two bands get separate names (with a .2G / .5G suffix), giving you manual control over which band each device uses.
