Is a SIM card or a charger included?
No. You need a nano SIM card with a mobile data plan from the operator of your choice. No mains adapter is supplied: charge the device from a USB power source rated USB PD 5 V / 3 A or 9 V / 2.22 A, for example a phone charger, a laptop USB port or a power bank.
Where do I find the serial number and the firmware version?
In the Web UI, go to About: the page shows the model, the serial number, the IMEI and the Build Version (firmware). Have them ready when you contact support.
Hoe lang is de garantieperiode?
The device is covered by a 4-year warranty. The battery is covered by a 2-year warranty.
