How do I perform a factory reset?
A factory reset resolves most common issues. Follow these steps exactly:
1Open Factory Settings
Menu > Advanced (Avancé) > OK > Factory Settings (Réglage usine) > OK, then enter PIN code 2004. The receiver switches off and restarts on the language selection screen.
2Language and preferences
Choose your language and press OK. Set the preferences matching your installation, then press OK.
3Parental control
Set Menu Lock to 'Disabled', Maturity Level to '18 years', then press OK. Enter your 4-digit PIN code and confirm it — write it down.
4Signal check
Signal bars for STRENGTH and QUALITY appear. Make sure you have at least 90% on both (green bars). If not, adjust your dish alignment.
5Channel scan
Press OK to launch the channel scan when the signal is good, select your regional France 3 channel and press OK. The receiver starts on channel 1.
Warning: A factory reset erases all channel lists, settings and timers. The TNTSAT card rights are stored on the card itself and are NOT affected.
