I cannot find the default Wi-Fi network STRONG_Repeater in the list.

Check the following:

Make sure the Power LED is solid blue — if it is still flashing, the repeater is still booting. Wait a few more seconds.
Refresh the Wi-Fi list on your device.
If your device filters out open (unencrypted) networks, disable that filter temporarily.
The exact default SSID and password are printed on the label on the side of the repeater. Use those if the names above differ.
