This message means the TNTSAT card has expired or the rights have not been activated. Check the expiry date (see the card renewal question). To renew, visit www.tntsat.tv or call 0811 36 08 16 (metropolitan France only).

Tips: Activating the card on first use starts the 4-year validity period — it is important not to insert the card until you are ready to use the receiver.
