Perform a factory reset first (see the factory reset question). Then check signal strength and quality: they must both reach at least 90% (green bars) in the Satellite Settings menu. Point your dish at Astra 19.2°E. Use this tool to help align your dish: www.sat-direction.com

Warning: Astra 23.5°E emits a signal similar to Astra 19.2°E — your receiver may show green bars even when pointed at the wrong satellite. Verify you are pointed at Astra 19.2°E specifically.
