Where do I find the Wi-Fi name and password?
- On the display: open the menu with Select and go to WIFI Account: the names and passwords of the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks are shown.
- On the label: the default Wi-Fi name and password are printed on the product label under the back cover.
How do I connect my phone with the QR code?
Open the menu with Select, go to WIFI Account and press Power. Press Power again on the network marked ✓: its QR code appears. Scan it with the camera of your phone to connect without typing the password.
How do I open the Web UI?
Connect your device to the hotspot Wi-Fi, open a browser and go to http://setup.strong or http://192.168.0.1.
What is the Web UI password?
There is no default password. The first time you open the Web UI, you create your own login password (8 to 32 characters, including at least one letter) and click Setting. Enter it at every following visit.
How do I change the Wi-Fi name and password?
Go to Network > Wi-Fi Parameter Settings, select the band, click Edit, change the WiFi Name and WiFi Password, and click Save. Reconnect your devices with the new settings.
Warning: Keep the WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE security type. Never select No Security.
I forgot my Web UI password.
There is no recovery procedure. Remove the back cover and press and hold the RESET pinhole, at the bottom right, for more than 5 seconds. The device restarts with its factory settings; then create a new login password.
Warning: A factory reset erases all your settings. The Wi-Fi returns to the name and password printed on the label.
