How do I change the Wi-Fi name (SSID) and/or password?
- Go to WLAN > WLAN 2.4G > Basic Settings. Update Primary SSID and WPA Passphrase, then click Save & Apply.
- Repeat under WLAN > WLAN 5G > Basic Settings for the 5 GHz band.
Tips: If Band Steering or MLO is active, both bands share the same SSID. Change it once in WLAN > Advanced > MLO.
I cannot access the Web UI at http://192.168.1.1
- Make sure your device is connected to the router (Wi-Fi or LAN cable).
- Use http:// — not https:// — in the browser address bar.
- Clear the browser cache or try a different browser.
- If you previously changed the router LAN IP address, use the new address instead.
- If the page still does not load, perform a factory reset (see FAQ I forgot my administrator password / How do I factory reset?).
