How do I insert my Nano SIM card?
The SIM card slot is located under the removable battery. Follow these 5 steps:
1Remove the back cover
Push it downward then lift it away from the device.
2Unlock the SIM slot
Slide the small lock toward the open padlock icon (🔓) to unlock it.
3Insert the Nano SIM
Insert the Nano SIM card with the gold contacts facing down, as shown by the arrow next to the slot.
4Lock the SIM slot
Slide the lock back to the closed padlock position (🔒) to secure the card.
5Power on
Insert the battery, close the back cover, then press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to power on.
Warning: Never force the SIM card into the slot. Always unlock the SIM holder before inserting or removing the card. Never insert or remove the SIM card while the device is powered on.
