How do I reset my Mesh units to the factory settings?

There are 2 ways to restore your devices to their factory settings.

1Case 1: Reset button

To do so, insert a paper clip in the RST hole at the back of the device to press the reset button. Press the reset button for 10 seconds. The LEDS will switch off and turn back on again.

1Case 2: Web UI

To do so, enter the SSID (Wi-Fi Network Name) and Wi-Fi password of the router in your device:

2Browse to the Web UI IP Address

Then, enter the following IP address in your browser: 192.168.7.254 or type the following address : http://atria3000.mesh

3Enter your credentials

You must enter the Username (admin) and Password (admin) (please note that after the first connection you will create your personal admin password which means that the password written on the product label will not work any more). Then, click Login.

4Restore default

Then, in the top bar, click System Tools, then go on the Device Management section and click on Restore Default.

5Pop-up

Then, click OK in the pop-up window.

How do I update the administration password of the Web UI

You may need to change the password for the Web UI after your first connexion, to do so please do the following instructions.

1Connect to the Wi-Fi of the device

To do so, enter the SSID (Wi-Fi Network Name) and Wi-Fi password of the router in your device:

2Browse to the Web UI IP Address

Then, enter the following IP address in your browser: 192.168.7.254 or type the following address : http://atria3000.mesh

3Enter your credentials

You must enter the Username (admin) and Password (admin) (please note that after the first connection you will create your personal admin password which means that the password written on the product label will not work any more). Then, click Login.

4WLAN 2.4G and 5G

Then click WLAN in the top bar, go to the 2.4G or the 5G section depending on which network type you are on and then, click in Multiple SSID.

5User Management

Now click System Tools in the top bar and go to the User Management section.

6New Web UI Password

Type the Username (admin) and the Old Password. Then in New Password and ConfirmPassword, enter your new personal password for the Web UI.
Click on Save & Apply.

7Write it down

Do not forget to write it down on a piece of paper and tape it under your device.

How do I update the firmware of the Mesh unit?

You may need to update the firmware of your device to solve some issues or to have the latest version of the software.

To update the firmware of your device you need to access the web UI:

1Connect to the Wi-Fi of the device

To do so, enter the SSID (Wi-Fi Network Name) and Wi-Fi password of the router in your device:

2Browse to the Web UI IP Address

Then, enter the following IP address in your browser: 192.168.7.254 or type the following address : http://atria3000.mesh

3Enter your credentials

4Firmware upgrade

Then, in the top bar click System Tools, then go to the device management section and select Firmware upgrade.

5Update Software

Then, click on Update Software.
