I receive no notifications (motion, crying, temperature alerts)
Notifications require three separate layers to all be active:
- System-level permission: go to your phone's Settings > Apps > Protect by STRONG > Notifications and make sure notifications are enabled.
- App-level setting: in the app, go to camera Settings (⚙) > Alarm Management and make sure the relevant alarm type is enabled (Motion Detection, Crying Detection, etc.).
- Main notification toggle: in camera Settings (⚙), verify that the 'Receive Alert Notifications' toggle is switched on.
Tips: Crying Detection is a silent push notification only — it does NOT trigger any sound on the camera or in the app. It sends a push alert to your phone only.
