The live view is slow, freezing, or shows a black screen

Tap the AUTO button on the Live screen and switch the quality from HD to SD.
Move the camera closer to the Wi-Fi router, or install a Wi-Fi extender.
Restart your home router/modem (unplug for 30 seconds).
Force-close the Protect by STRONG app and reopen it.
If the screen is black but the camera LED is solid blue: restart the camera (hold POWER to turn off, then turn back on). If the problem persists, press RESET and re-pair.
