How do I perform a factory reset?
A factory reset restores all settings to their factory values and resolves most common issues.
1Open Factory Setting
Go to Menu > Tools > Factory Setting and press OK.
2Enter the password
Enter the password with the 0–9 keys. The default password is 1234.
3First installation
After the reset, the first installation screen appears. Select the language, the country, FTA Only and LCN, then select Start Search and press OK.
Warning: A factory reset deletes the channel list, favourite lists, timers and all your settings. Use Tools > USB Backup first if you want to keep them.
