The 5G failover is not activating when my broadband goes down.

Three conditions must be met simultaneously:

Internet access must be set to 'Wired Network Priority' in Mode selection.
The HOPI Mobile Wi-Fi unit must be seated in the HOPI Home Docking, powered on, and have an active Nano SIM with a data plan that allows tethering.
There must be sufficient 5G or 4G signal in your location.
