What is the DMZ and when should I use it?
The DMZ exposes one specific LAN device to all unfiltered inbound Internet traffic, bypassing the firewall. Enable it in More settings → Safety → Firewall, toggle DMZ switch ON, and enter the LAN IP of the target device. Useful for game consoles or servers requiring many open ports.
Warning: The DMZ host receives all incoming Internet traffic without firewall protection. Only use it for devices that have their own adequate security. Never put a personal computer in the DMZ.
