'SD card not detected' / Lullabies are unavailable

Both local video recording and the 14 lullabies require a working microSD card. Without one, the History tab shows 'SD card not detected' and the Lullabies menu is inaccessible.

Turn the camera OFF (hold the POWER button) before removing or inserting the card.
Reinsert the card firmly until you feel a click.
Verify the card meets the requirements: Class 10 minimum (UHS-I recommended), maximum 256 GB, formatted as FAT32. exFAT and NTFS are not supported — reformat as FAT32 on a computer if needed.

Tips: After successful insertion, open the app's History tab — a red timeline will appear, confirming the card is working.
