The intercom does not work / No audio from the camera
- No microphone permission: phone Settings > Apps > Protect by STRONG > Permissions — enable Microphone. Without it, two-way audio is impossible.
- Camera audio settings: camera Settings (⚙) > Sound Settings — confirm that Microphone, Speaker, and Record Voice are all enabled.
- If you hear the camera but cannot speak: your phone microphone permission is missing.
- If nothing is heard from the camera: the camera microphone may be muted — press and hold the PAIR/Mute button on the camera to toggle the mute state.
