Hur återställer jag routern till fabriksinställningarna?
Sometimes, it is possible that your device is not working properly and that you don’t have internet access. In this case, we suggest resetting your device to its factory settings and updating its firmware again afterwards if necessary.
You have two ways to do it, you can reset the device by pressing the reset button or doing it in the Web UI.
CASE 1: Reset button.
To do so, insert a paper clip in the hole to press the reset button. Press the reset button for 10 seconds. The LEDs will switch off and turn back on again.
1Case 2: reset in the Web UI
You must connect to the Wi-Fi of your device and follow the steps explained in the following procedure:

Then, click System Settings and select System Setting.
3Reset Factory Setting
Click Restore Factory Setting and then click Reset Factory Settings
4Pop up message
Click Yes on the pop-up message that appears.
5Wait for the process to be finished
A new pop-up appears while the device is reset to its factory settings.
