Go to Settings > System > About.
Select Reset > Factory data reset.
Press OK and confirm Factory data reset.

Warning: A factory reset permanently deletes all manually installed apps, accounts, and user data. The LEAP-NOVA will return to its initial out-of-box state. Only perform a factory reset as a last resort when other troubleshooting steps have not resolved the issue.
