The LEAP-NOVA does not turn on / there is no picture on screen.
- Make sure the HDMI port is selected as the correct input/source on your TV.
- Check that the USB-C cable is firmly connected to the stick and the power adapter is plugged into the wall.
- Try the included HDMI extender cable if the stick does not sit flush in the HDMI port.
- Unplug the stick for 10 seconds, then replug it.
- Try a different HDMI port on the TV.
