The remote control is not responding. What should I do?
- Check that the 2 × AAA batteries are correctly inserted (observe the +/− markings in the battery compartment).
- Replace the batteries if they are flat.
- Re-pair the remote: unplug the LEAP-NOVA from the wall, wait 5 seconds, then replug it. Wait until the Google boot screen appears on the TV, then press Home + Back simultaneously for 3 seconds until the LED blinks green.
- Ensure no object is blocking the infrared receiver if you are trying to control the TV (IR range: point the remote towards the TV).
Warning: If you remove the remote from the paired devices list in Settings ('Forget'), you will no longer be able to control the stick until you pair it again using the method above.
