There is no sound or the sound is wrong.

Check that the TV is not muted and that the volume is set appropriately (VOL+ button on the remote).
Go to Settings > Device Preferences > Display & Sound > Audio > Advanced sound settings. You can either leave it on Auto (recommended) or select OFF to force PCM stereo output — useful if your TV does not support Dolby Digital passthrough.
Try a different HDMI cable or use the HDMI extender cable.
