Crying detection is not triggering / Temperature is not displayed
Crying Detection not working: go to Settings (⚙) > Sound Settings and verify that the Microphone is enabled. Then go to Alarm Management > Crying Detection and check it is active with an appropriate sensitivity. Remember: Crying Detection sends a silent push notification only.
Temperature not displayed: the temperature sensor needs 30–60 seconds to initialise after startup. Wait and refresh the Live view. If the value still does not appear, check that the camera is online (solid blue LED).
Tips: To set temperature and humidity alerts: Settings (⚙) > Temperature and Humidity Settings > enable the alarm switch. Recommended range for a baby's room: 16–20°C, 40–60% RH.
