Se la scheda SIM non viene riconosciuta automaticamente dal dispositivo, è necessario accedere all'interfaccia utente web per verificare le impostazioni APN e modificarle, se necessario. Le impostazioni APN del proprio operatore sono disponibili direttamente sul suo sito web, oppure è possibile richiederle al servizio di assistenza dell'operatore.

1. Connettitialla rete Wi-Fi del tuo router

You must connect to the Web UI. To do so, enter the SSID (Wi-Fi Network Name) and Wi-Fi password of the router in your device:

2. Accedereall'indirizzo IP dell'interfaccia utente web

A questo punto, inserisci nel browser il seguente indirizzo IP: 192.168.0.1

You must enter the Username and Password. Then, click Login. For more information about the Logins please refer to the login procedure.

4APN Configuration

Click Network in the top bar, then on the Mobile Network section and select the APN Configuration section.

5Verify informations

Verifica le seguenti informazioni:

Status

Profile Name

APN

Authentication

PDP Type

6. Controllale impostazioni APN del tuo operatore

Cerca le impostazioni APN sul sito web del tuo operatore. Devi annotare le seguenti informazioni:

Nome
APN
Nome utente
Password
Tipo di autenticazione

7Add a New APN

If the information is incorrect, click the Add toggle and enter the following information before Save & Apply:

Authentication Type: Select NONE, CHAP, PAP, or PAP&CHAP
Profile Name: Enter the name of your service provider (Limited to 14 characters including spaces).
APN: Enter the APN address.
PDP Type, select the APN Type: IPv4, IPv6 or IPv4&IPv6.
Check the Statut box.

You can reset your APN Configuration with the Set Default option, Edit an existent one and delete a configuration with the corresponding options.
