Quando o seu cartão SIM não for reconhecido automaticamente pelo dispositivo, deve iniciar sessão na interface de utilizador web para verificar as definições do APN e alterá-las, se necessário. As definições do APN do seu operador podem ser consultadas diretamente no site deste, ou pode solicitá-las ao serviço de apoio ao cliente do seu operador.

1Ligue-seà rede Wi-Fi do seu router

You must connect to the Web UI. To do so, enter the SSID (Wi-Fi Network Name) and Wi-Fi password of the router in your device:

2. Acedaao endereço IP da interface de utilizador web

Em seguida, introduza o seguinte endereço IP no seu navegador: 192.168.0.1

You must enter the Username and Password. Then, click Login. For more information about the Logins please refer to the login procedure.

4APN Configuration

Click Network in the top bar, then on the Mobile Network section and select the APN Configuration section.

5Verify informations

Check the following information:

Status

Profile Name

APN

Authentication

PDP Type

6Verifiqueas definições de APN do seu operador

Procure as definições de APN no site do seu operador. Deve anotar as seguintes informações:

Nome
APN
Nome de utilizador
Palavra-passe
Tipo de autenticação

7Add a New APN

If the information is incorrect, click the Add toggle and enter the following information before Save & Apply:

Authentication Type: Select NONE, CHAP, PAP, or PAP&CHAP
Profile Name: Enter the name of your service provider (Limited to 14 characters including spaces).
APN: Enter the APN address.
PDP Type, select the APN Type: IPv4, IPv6 or IPv4&IPv6.
Check the Statut box.

You can reset your APN Configuration with the Set Default option, Edit an existent one and delete a configuration with the corresponding options.
