How do I scan for channels?

Go to Menu > Installation and choose the search mode:

Auto Search: scans the whole cable frequency range. A message warns that the previous channel list will be deleted: select OK to continue.
Manual Search: scans a single frequency. Enter the frequency, set Modulation (Auto recommended), NIT Search and FTA Only, then select Start Search.
Range Search: scans all frequencies between Frequency Start and Frequency End.
