How do I use the programme guide (EPG)?

Press EPG on the remote control, or go to Menu > Channel > EPG. Select a channel with the up/down arrows and a day with the left/right arrows. Press YELLOW to switch between the channel list and the programme window, and BLUE to schedule the selected programme.

Tips: The EPG shows up to 7 days of programmes, if the information is broadcast by your cable operator. 'Receiving data...' is displayed while the information is loading.
