Check that your device is connected to the router, by Wi-Fi or with an Ethernet cable.
Enter http://setup.strong or http://192.168.188.1 in the address bar of your browser (http://, not https://).
Disable any VPN application on your device, then try another browser or clear the browser cache.
If you changed the IP address of the router in Network > LAN Settings, use the new address or http://setup.strong.
If you forgot your login password, reset the router to its factory settings (see the factory reset question).
