Check the mobile signal in About > RF Signal Parameters. The closer RSRP and RSRQ are to 0, and the higher SS-SINR is, the better the signal. Move the router closer to a window or to an upper floor, and compare the values.
Run a Speed Test in System > Diagnostic to measure the speed of the mobile connection itself.
In Network > Mobile Settings, keep Network Mode Selection set to 'Auto'. In Network > Band Settings, check that all bands are selected.
Check that no rule in Network > Speed Limit applies to your device.
Check for firmware updates in System > FOTA.

Tips: The actual speed depends on your operator, your mobile plan and the network coverage in your area.
