Come posso controllare e modificare le impostazioni APN del mio operatore?

When your SIM card is not automatically recognized by the device, you must login the Web UI to check the APN settings and edit them, if necessary. The APN settings of your service provider can be found directly on its website, or you can request them to the support service of your service provider.

Warning: If your mobile network is provided by a Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO), please contact their support service to obtain the related APN information. 

• A MVNO connects to the network of another mobile network operator to provide your coverage, which depends on your location.

1. Connettitialla rete Wi-Fi del router

È necessario connettersi all'interfaccia utente web. A tal fine, inserire l'SSID e la password del router nel proprio dispositivo.

2. Accedereall'indirizzo IP dell'interfaccia utente web

A questo punto, inserisci nel browser il seguente indirizzo IP: 192.168.0.1

3Accedi

Una volta digitato l'indirizzo IP, clicca su " Accedi".

4. Inseriscile tue credenziali

È necessario inserire il nome utente e la password. Quindi, fare clic su "Accedi".

5. Impostazioni Internet

Fai clic su " Impostazioni dispositivo " e poi su " Impostazioni Internet".

6APN Settings

Click APN.

7Search for the APN Settings of your service provider

Cerca le impostazioni APN sul sito web del tuo operatore. Devi annotare le seguenti informazioni:

• Nome
• APN
• Nome utente
• Password
• Tipo di autenticazione

8Edit the information if the configuration is not right

If the information is incorrect, click Manual and Add New.

9PDP type

In the PDP Type field, select the correct APN Type between IPv4, IPv6 or IPv4v6. In our case, the PDP Type is IPv4.

10Enter your service provider information

Inserisci il nome del tuo operatore nel campo " Nome profilo " (massimo 14 caratteri, spazi inclusi). Quindi inserisci l'indirizzo APN nel campo " APN ".

11Authentication type

Select the Authentication Type defined by your provider for your APN between the following values and click Apply:
• NONE
• CHAP
• PAP
