Ako môžem skontrolovať a upraviť nastavenia APN môjho poskytovateľa služieb?

When your SIM card is not automatically recognized by the device, you must login the Web UI to check the APN settings and edit them, if necessary. The APN settings of your service provider can be found directly on its website, or you can request them to the support service of your service provider.

Warning: If your mobile network is provided by a Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO), please contact their support service to obtain the related APN information. 

• A MVNO connects to the network of another mobile network operator to provide your coverage, which depends on your location.

1. Pripojtesa k Wi-Fi sieti routera

Musíte sa pripojiť k webovému rozhraniu. Na to zadajte do svojho zariadenia SSID a heslo routera.

2Prejditena IP adresu webového rozhrania

Potom zadajte do prehliadača nasledujúcu IP adresu: 192.168.0.1

3Prihlásenie

Keď sa dostanete na stránku s IP adresou, kliknite na „Prihlásiť sa“.

4Zadajtesvoje prihlasovacie údaje

Musíte zadať používateľské meno a heslo. Potom kliknite na „Prihlásiť sa“.

5. Nastavenia internetu

Kliknite na položku „Nastavenia zariadenia “ a potom na „Nastavenia internetu“.

6APN Settings

Click APN.

7Search for the APN Settings of your service provider

Nastavenia APN nájdete na webovej stránke vášho poskytovateľa služieb. Musíte si zapísať nasledujúce informácie:

• Meno
• APN
• Používateľské meno
• Heslo
• Typ overovania

8Edit the information if the configuration is not right

If the information is incorrect, click Manual and Add New.

9PDP type

In the PDP Type field, select the correct APN Type between IPv4, IPv6 or IPv4v6. In our case, the PDP Type is IPv4.

10Enter your service provider information

Do poľa „Názov profilu “ zadajte názov svojho poskytovateľa služieb (maximálne 14 znakov vrátane medzier). Následne zadajte adresu APN do poľa „APN “.

11Authentication type

Select the Authentication Type defined by your provider for your APN between the following values and click Apply:
• NONE
• CHAP
• PAP
